Here’s what you’ll be doing:
❤️ Generating and qualifying leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
❤️ Building strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
❤️ Presenting and selling our products/services with confidence and expertise.
❤️ Following up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline and close deals.
❤️ Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
❤️ Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and strategies.
❤️ Keeping up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
❤️ Continuously improving your knowledge of our products/services and staying ahead of industry trends.
Your First 3 Months:
⚡️ First Week: Onboarding into our sales process, tools, and company culture.
⚡️ Weeks 2-4: Shadow senior sales team members, make introductory calls, and start building your pipeline.
⚡️ Months 2-3: Take ownership of your leads, confidently pitch to prospects, and close your first deals while receiving ongoing coaching and support.
Requirements:
💼 A proven track record of success in sales (2+ years of experience preferred).
💼 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
💼 Self-motivated and results-driven with a can-do attitude.
💼 Ability to handle objections and turn “no” into “yes.”
💼 Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
💼 A passion for learning and growing in the field of sales.
💼 Familiarity with the industry or product/service being sold (preferred but not required).
💼 Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
